This project involves the removal and disposal of the existing shingle roof system and underlayment down to the roof deck, replacing damaged plywood, replacing finish fascia or sub-fascia, re-nailing roof sheathing to new code, and installing new shingle underlayment, drip edge, lifetime dimensional shingles, ridge vent, and hip and ridge shingles. The project also includes installing new lead flashings for plumbing penetrations, pitch pan at electrical through-roof penetration, galvalume goose neck exhaust vents, and rodent screens installed over new plumbing stacks as needed.
