We provided custom built scaffolding for safe and easy movement during a roofing construction project. The project included reinforcing every existing roof member and adding new ones for improved structural support. We also installed new sheathing and a high temperature metal roof underlayment to protect the building. Additionally, we offered custom radius fabrication to accommodate standing seam panels and flashings for various areas of the building, including the roof, walls, windows, radius, sliding doors, and balconies.
The scope of work involved providing roofing construction services for 76 buildings in The Pines Community Association, located in West Palm Beach, FL. The work performed by Roofman, Inc. included the delivery of new roofing materials, tear-off of the old roof, and the installation of a three-ply system.
The scope of work involved installing a new one-inch standing seam metal roof system at the front entry of a building in three sections (North, South, and Middle). The metal roofing material was be made of .032 aluminum and colored "Regal Blue." The project included all necessary accessories to ensure the roof system is fully code-approved.
